Over <strong>30 years of experience<\/strong> allows us to quickly and qualitatively implement your projects, ensuring short deadlines from project vision to mass production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Profiles are made of <strong>rigid or soft plastic<\/strong>. After the customer sets out his wishes and the conditions under which the profile will be used, we will select the raw materials and additional components <strong>and present a commercial offer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Knowing the required raw material leads to the second stage - equipment design. Depending on what profile is hard or soft, <strong>moulds and calibers are designed.<\/strong>After designing and coordinating with the customer, we produce the equipment in a short period of time and send the first samples to the customer for approval before mass production.<br><br>The production time and price of the final product depends on the complexity of the product. <br><br>Big advantage is <strong>cutting or trimming the product with an accuracy of 0.1 mm<\/strong> or wrapping it in <strong>rolls or coils<\/strong>.
