Profiles are made of rigid or soft plastic. After the customer sets out his wishes and the conditions under which the profile will be used, we will select the raw materials and additional components and present a commercial offer.
Knowing the required raw material leads to the second stage - equipment design. Depending on what profile is hard or soft, moulds and calibers are designed.After designing and coordinating with the customer, we produce the equipment in a short period of time and send the first samples to the customer for approval before mass production.
The production time and price of the final product depends on the complexity of the product.
Big advantage is cutting or trimming the product with an accuracy of 0.1 mm or wrapping it in rolls or coils. This allows the customer to save costs and receive a fully finished product.
When everything is produced locally, we can control all the processes and in a short period of time produce a product that meets the customer's expectations and requirements at low cost.
